Alphonse Resort Reviews

My wife and I stayed at Alphonse in 2007 and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This is not a budget resort but if you want to spoil yourselves in splendid near-isolation there are few places to beat it. The arrival alone is worth it (by small plane to this triangular shaped atoll), as this small speck of palm tree festooned islet looms up ahead, while a welcoming committee lines up to greet you on the side of the airstrip. A wonderful place.
